Yoga Classes in Pershore
Looking for yoga classes in Pershore?
Join my welcoming Monday evening yoga and Wednesday morning yoga at Pershore Town Hall, suitable for beginners and experienced yoga students alike. Each class offers a supportive space to practise in a way that feels right for your body, senses, and mind.
Expect a steady, mindful approach to a variety of yoga practices, with modifications and variations available to suit most needs. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your existing practice, these classes are designed to meet you where you are.
Weekly Themed Yoga Classes
Each week, enjoy a carefully structured, themed class that promotes balance – between progression and consolidation, variety and routine, movement and stillness, energising and restorative yoga. Every session brings something new, helping to keep your yoga practice fresh, grounded, and engaging.
Weekly Yoga Practice Video
Both the Monday evening and Wednesday morning yoga classes come with a weekly home practice video sent by email each Thursday. This allows you to continue your yoga at home as often as you like throughout the week – ideal for building confidence and consistency in your practice. Occasional handouts for popular practices too – ask me.
Friday Morning Kum Nye Classes
Kum Nye (also known as Tibetan yoga or healing exercises) balances the subtle body using movement, self-massage, breath and awareness in ways that cultivate a deeper connection with our embodied presence. Expect movement followed by short periods of seated stillness.
These Friday morning Kum Nye workshops are especially useful for those building a meditation practice.
